Return Policy

We hope that you love your purchase, but we do accept domestic returns should you change your mind.

ALL DISCOUNTED & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. If you used a promo code, that is considered a discount and is final sale.

    General Return Policy

    • Unworn and undamaged eligible items returned within 7 days will be granted a full refund in the original form of payment. After 7 days, unworn and undamaged eligible items may be returned for store credit for up to 14 days.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.
    • Skincare, perfume, candles, apothecary, earrings, intimates, swimwear, vintage items, gift cards, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

    Online Returns

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
    • Unwashed and unworn eligible online purchases may initiate a return within 7 days of arrival.
    • If you need to return an online purchase, please send an email to hello@shophazelandrose.com and we will coordinate and email you a return label. Hazel & Rose does NOT offer free returns. The cost of the return label issued will be deducted for the refund amount.
    • Once a return label has been sent, item(s) should be shipped within 1 business day, as our stock is limited.
    • Items received damaged or later than expected are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • International orders are final sale
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


    Refunds (if applicable)

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 
    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    • Next, contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@shophazelandrose.com.


    Sale items

    • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale.


    Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shophazelandrose.com and send your item to the following address: Hazel & Rose ATTN: Exchanges, 201 6th St SE, Unit 2, Minneapolis, MN 55414

    Gifts

    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.
    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
